Since I founded oona in 2003, I have been the beating heart & soul of the agency. As female entrepreneur, I am driven by content, connections and conversations. What energizes me most is motivating and inspiring people. My colleagues across the Benelux call me ‘warm-hearted and a real people & relationship person’. In my former life, I studied Law at University (FNDP/Namur and KULeuven), followed by a Master Degree in Applied Linguistic Sciences (KVH/Antwerp and ETI/Geneva)

After some years at Flanders Fashion Institute Marie Delbeke switched places to Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen. After some years as an investment manager, she became responsible for the equity investments team.

Raïssa holds several masters in law (KU Leuven, Paris NANTERRE UNIVERSITY), an MBA in International business management (VLERICK BUSINESS SCHOOL Ghent), and teaches start-up management and entrepreneurship at Polimoda, Florence.
“Fashion is my Profession” (referring to the slogan of a fashion fair in the 90s) is the answer when I am asked what do you do as a profession. After 25 years of experience in the Belgian fashion scene as a production manager, I can say it is my profession and even more my passion.
Saartje Boutsen is CO-FOUNDER of STUDIO D, an agency that inspires, advises and supports companies and organizations in sustainability. Saartje Boutsen also worked as sustainable business advisor at the Flemish Chamber of Commerce, as sustainability manager at fashion brands JBC & Mayerline, and as sustainability coach in the Close the Loop trajects of Flanders DC.

In 2013 Sofie Van de Velde opened her now renowned “Gallery Sofie Van de Velde” in two areas in Antwerp. Her philosophy is one of collaboration, shared opportunities and networks.Together with the artist, strategies are defined to bring the body of work to a new level.
