Simon Gryspeert has been focusing full-time on stimulating a more sustainable fashion industry since 2022. As coordinator of Flanders DC’s Close The Loop initiative - a results-driven, hands-on platform guiding fashion entrepreneurs towards sustainability - he supports brands in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. With a background in entrepreneurship, pricing, and growth, he also advises companies on building future-proof business strategies.

In 2024, Simon led a CEO mission to Ghana, providing top management from leading Belgian fashion brands firsthand insight into the textile waste crisis and creating momentum for sector-wide change. This resulted in an ambitious industry charter, challenging brands to take concrete steps towards systemic change.
