Elza Wandler
Elza Wandler launched her namesake brand in late 2017. Born in Limburg, Netherlands, she studied fashion at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. After having worked for a major global fashion brand she took her design, merchandising and branding experience to launch her namesake brand in 2017, built from scratch in just two months. Spotting a market gap for round bags, Wandler made her debut with the Hortensia bag. Elza is part of the “Business of Fashion 500”. The BOF is the ultimate professional index of people shaping the fashion industry.
Elza Wandler, founder of the successful accessories brand Wandler, will share her perspective on how customer loyalty is embedded as a central pillar of the brand’s e-commerce strategy. She will also reflect on why, and how, even as a relatively young company, they are thoughtfully embracing their first steps with AI to strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term engagement. She will be joined in conversation by Ashley Krupnik from WSGN and Laura Toledo of Zalando. The session will be moderated by Ann Claes, co-founder of Masjien, and will explore the theme: ‘Driving Engagement and Loyalty in the Age of AI’.
