Niki de Schryver, Bachelor Fashion Technology, Vlerick Alumni and founder of COSH! is incredibly driven to bring change in the highly polluting fashion industry. With 14 years of experience as a product supply chain consultant and strategic consultant and business developer for fashion brands (like Honestby, NEHERA Prague, Purebyluce, Furore, Studio Ama and many others) aside her 8 years of omnichannel e-commerce experience on the other hand, she has very powerful foundations to build COSH!

Noëmie Haverhals, founder of Avail, is an entrepreneurial 20-something with vast experience in the world of start-ups and most importantly, a passion for fashion. Noëmie trained as a lawyer and has built up extensive marketing experience in various fashion start-ups. In June, Noëmie won the gold award at the prestigious Young Lions Marketers Competition in Cannes and in Spring, BAM (the Belgian Association of Marketing) elected her Young Marketeer 2019.
